摘　　要：目的:探讨内镜窄带成像技术(NBI)对Barrett食管(BE)的早期诊断价值。方法:选取胃镜下检查怀疑Barrett食管的126例患者纳入研究,随机分成两组,每组63例,分别在普通模式及NBI技术下取病理活检。对所观察的鳞状上皮交界处病变轮廓、Barrett食管黏膜的腺管开口及毛细血管结构形态图像进行评分,并对比两种内镜模式下诊断与病理诊断的诊断率。结果:NBI较普通内镜图像更清晰,诊断率明显提高,两组对比,存在明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:NBI作为内镜一种新的检查系统,具有对病变轮廓显示清晰,操作简单的特点,对Barrett食管具有积极的诊断价值。Objective：To study the value of narrow -band imaging （NBI） on Barrett esophagus （BE） early diag- nosis. Methods： Selected under gastroscope checking suspected of Barrett esophagus 126 patients were randomly di- vided into two groups, each group of 63 cases. In normal mode and the NBI technical biopsy. Results ： NBI compared with ordinary endoscopic images was more clearer, NBI ordinary mode of diagnosis was significantly improved between the two groups, there were significant differences （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： NBI as a new endoscopic inspection sys- tem, can show clearly, and simple, in the diagnosis of Barrett esophagus was usefule.
