马尾上岐水库生态旅游开发——基于福建省大学生创新创业训练计划项目研究

摘　　要："生态省"建设作为福建省的一个系统长期工程,涵盖了对水库进行有效的生态开发与建设,促进生态保护与修复的内容。对水库资源进行合理有效的生态开发与利用,有助于福建省实现"百姓富"与"生态美"、经济发展与生态文明建设双赢的目标。目前,福建省水库旅游开发普遍存在缺乏系统规划与科学的理论指导,开发层次低,缺乏协调性,持续性及有效的宣传等问题。体验经济为当下水库生态旅游开发提供了新思路,对马尾上岐水库进行生态旅游开发,必须从资金、人才队伍建设、景区安全建设、服务建设等各方面统筹安排,提升水库生态旅游开发的水平与层次,实现永续发展。As a system of a long -term project, the ＂Ecological Province＂ construcnon m r ujmn rrownce covers the contents of effective ecological development and construction of reservoirs, and promotes the ecological protection and restoration. Rational and effective exploitation and utilization of reservoir resources will be helpful to realize the win -win goal of ＂wealthy people＂ and ＂ecological beauty＂ , as well as economic development and eco- logical civilization construction in Fujian province. At present, there are some problems in current reservoir eco- tourism development, such as a lack of systematic planning and scientific theoretical guidance, low development levels, poor coordination and inconsistent, and ineffective propaganda, etc. Experience economy provides a new way for developing the reservoir eco -tourism. The eco -tourism development of Mawei shangqi reservoir calls for an overall arrangement of financial support, talent team construction, scenic spot safety maintenance, service construction, etc. Only then the level of reservoir eco - tourism development can be promoted, and the sustainable development can be realized.
