摘　　要：目的了解湖北省大别山区6-24月龄婴幼儿辅食添加对腹泻的影响。方法采用PPS抽样与系统抽样方法,于2015年6月对湖北省大别山区样本村794名婴幼儿看护人进行问卷调查,并进行统计分析。结果湖北省大别山区6-24月龄婴幼儿的最少膳食种类、最低膳食频率和最低可接受膳食的合格率分别为23.05%（183/794）、45.84%（364/794）和12.72%（101/794）;婴幼儿腹泻两周患病率为19.65%（156/794）;logistics回归分析显示,辅食摄入未达到最少膳食种类标准的婴幼儿患腹泻的风险高于达到标准的婴幼儿（OR=1.641,P=0.046）。结论湖北省大别山区6-24月龄婴幼儿辅食添加种类对其腹泻的发生有影响,辅食多样化对预防婴幼儿腹泻具有积极作用。Objective To investigate the influence of food supplements on diarrheafor 6 - 24 months old infants in Dabie Mountain Area, Hubei Province. Methods Questionnaire investigation was performed for 794 infant caregivers in Dabie Mountain Area, Hubei Province in June 2015 ,the combination of probability proportionate sampling （PPS） and systematic sampling methods were applied. Data were analyzed by χ^2 test and logistic regression using SPSS version 19.0. Results The rates of minimum dietary diversity, minimum meal frequency, minimum acceptable diet among infants aged 6 - 24 months were 23.05% （183/794）, 45.84% （364/794） and 12. 72% （101/794） ,respectively. The two-week prevalence of diarrhea was 19. 65% （156/794）. The results of logistic regression analysis indicated that after controlling selected potential factors, infants with food supplement dietary intake failed to reach the minimum standard types had higher rate of diarrhea than those reached the minimum standard （ OR = 1. 641, P = 0. 046 ） . Conclusion The type of food supplements had influence on the occurrence of diarrhea for 6 - 24 months old infants in Dabie Mountain Area in Hubei, and the diversification of food supplements was proved to have a positive effect on the prevention of infant diarrhea.
