摘　　要：高校培育和践行社会主义核心价值观要注重实效性,要探索各种有效方式传播和践行社会主义核心价值观。地方特色文化资源丰富而厚重,是涵养社会主义核心价值观的重要源泉,各地高校可以因地制宜、因势利导,以地方特色文化资源为载体培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。It should be focused on effectiveness for Universities to cultivate and practice the socialist core values, and should be on exploring effective means to disseminate and practice the socialist core values. The rich and thick local characteristics and cultural resources is an important source for maintaining the socialist core values. Universities should consider local conditions, capitalize on the trend, with local characteristics and cultural resources for the carrier to cultivate and practice the socialist core values.
