摘　　要：提出科学发展观是对马克思实践哲学的创新发展,它以实践为基础又对实践具有重要的指导意义;是对马克思人本思想的深刻体现,既坚持人民群众在社会历史发展的重要作用又强调人自由而全面的发展;强调的全面协调可持续发展是对唯物辩证法的杰出应用。认为必须在实践中全面深入地推进科学发展观,以和谐理念构建和谐社会,增强法制观念,实现人与自然的和谐发展,真正做到统筹兼顾。The scientific outlook on development is the innovation and development of Marx＇s practical philosophy;it is based on the practice and has great significance for practice;it profoundly reflects Marx＇s humanistic thought,it both adheres to the important role of people in the social and historical development and stresses the free and full development of human being;the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development is an outstanding application of materialist dialectics.People must promote the scientific outlook on development thoroughly,build a harmonious society with harmonious idea,enhance legal awareness,realize the harmonious development between human and nature,and realize overall consideration.
