摘　　要：提出了基于全面的评价方法对学生进行评价,用于辅助学生就业指导。首先,基于问卷调查方法了解个人就业意愿;然后对影响就业的因素包括成绩数据、社会工作、荣誉奖项等,运用全面评价方法得出全面的评价数据,包括:学习态度、学习能力、创新能力和工作能力。最后,基于评价的结果数据运用决策树方法发现分类规则,在实际工作中帮助就业指导老师给出更加科学、准确的就业建议。The comprehensive evaluation method is adopted for helping the relative work of university students＇employment.The individual employment intention of the student is investigated by questionnaire.Then the comprehensive evaluation data could be obtained,which includes the attitude of learning,ability of learning,ability of innovation and the ability of work.The method considers three factors：performance,social work and prizes.At last,the classification rules could be found based on the result data by using the method of decision tree.By this result,employment instructor can give a more scientific and accurate employment recommendations in practical work.
