摘  要:采用中性蛋白酶进行羊毛纤维表面刻蚀处理,设计正交试验对精纺羊毛织物进行整理。对整理后的面料进行拒水接触角、拒油等级、拉伸断裂强度和透气率等的测试。运用正交试验和综合评分法对结果进行分析,结果表明中性蛋白酶刻蚀纤维可以改善精纺羊毛面料的一些服用性能,通过分析得到的最优处理方案为:中性蛋白酶的添加量为干物质量的0.8%,处理时间为50 min,处理温度为65℃,p H值为6。Etching process on the surface of wool fiber was done by using neutral protease,and the worsted wool fabric was finished by means of orthogonal test. Water-contact angle,oil repellent grade,tensile strength and permeability were tested after the fabrics were finished. Based on the orthogonal test,the experimental data were analyzed by means of comprehensive scoring method. The results showed that the process of using neutral protease to etch wool fiber improves the wearing properties of worsted wool fabric. The optimum conditions to etch wool fiber can be considered as follows:content of neutral protease is 0.8 % of the worsted wool fabric in weight, the etching conditions are 50 rain in time, 65 ℃in temperature and 6 in pH.
