摘  要:根据碳纳米管能隙变化和管之间接触电阻变化引起碳纳米管整个网络体系导电性变化的原理,研制了一种基于碳纳米管的新型纸传感器,可灵敏检测甲胎蛋白(AFP)。利用F108对碳纳米管进行功能化改性,制备均匀、稳定的碳纳米管分散液,在分散液中加入AFP抗体,获得的碳纳米管-抗体溶液用于浸渍滤纸以使滤纸导电,通过测量由于免疫反应引起的纸传感器导电性变化,可实现AFP的快速、准确检测。浸渍12次的纸传感器的电阻变化值与AFP浓度在0.156~100 ng/m L之间呈现良好的线性关系,样品检测时间仅为5 min,并且在同一张纸条上可实现多次检测,使用方法简单,成本低廉,具有很高的灵敏度和选择性。用本法检测临床血清样品中AFP含量,结果与临床常用的ELISA法相比无显著性差异。According to the principle of the conductivity change of the whole network caused by the variation of its bandgap and the contact resistance between tubes,carbon nanotube was used to develop a highly sensitive paper sensor for the detection of α-fetoprotein( AFP). Carbon nanotubes were functionalized by F108 to prepare uniform,stable dispersion where anti-AFP was further added in. Filter paper was dipped into the suspension in order to make it conductive. The rapid,accurate AFP detection could be accomplished by measuring the conductivity change of the paper sensor caused by immune reaction between immobilized antibody on the paper and AFP. This paper sensor with 12 dip-coats exhibited sensitive linear responses to AFP in the concentration range from 0. 156 ng / m L to 100 ng / m L with a limit of detection of 0. 156 ng / m L.With its simplicity,low cost,high sensitivity and accuracy,the constructed paper sensor based on carbon nanotube could detect AFP concentration within 5 min with good repeatability. The detection results of AFP in real serum samples by the proposed sensor were consistent with those by traditional ELISA method.
