广西西江经济带国土开发格局优化研究──基于“双核驱动”战略

摘　　要：西江经济带是广西"双核驱动"战略中的重要一核。优化国土空间开发格局是推动西江经济带加快形成"双核"之势与"驱动"之力的关键所在。为提高区域国土资源配置效率,优化空间组织结构,推动区域协调可持续发展,在客观分析西江经济带现状开发水平和空间格局的基础上,提出了西江经济带"增长极、发展轴、局部一体化、广域一体化"空间演化路径,以及促进广域一体化形成的"三核四片五轴"的空间格局优化模式,以促进"双核"互动发展。Optimizing the spatial layout of development is the kay to promote Xijiang River Economic Zone to fosterdual-core driver at a faster pace. On the basis of analyzing the situation of development level and spatial layout of Xijiang River Economic Zone, this paper sets forth some requirements for promoting dual-core interactive development with a view to improving the effi ciency of regional land resources allocation, optimizing spatial structure,and promoting regional coordination and sustainable development. These requirements lay emphasis on the following： developing spatial evolution path that is characterized by growth pole,development axis, local integration,and wide-area integration; fostering a spatial layout optimization model that is constituted by three cores, four parts and fi ve axes with a view to promoting wide-area integration.
