摘  要:微课是现代信息技术高速发展的产物,是未来课程教学改革的方向,将其引入到《发酵工程》的课程教学,情景性、趣味性、实践性增强,有利于解决《发酵工程》课程教学现状中存在的问题,有利于满足不同学生个性化学习的需求,也有利于发挥教师各自的特长、促进专业水平的提高.通过分析《发酵工程》教学现状及亟待解决的问题,探索将微课引入到《发酵工程》教学的优越性和可行性,以期将微课成为《发酵工程》等系列课程重要的教学手段和学习模式.Micro-lecture is a product of modern information technology and it may serve as a direction for future teaching reform. With micro-lectures introduced to the course of Fermentation Engineering, the course can become more situational, interesting and practical, which can help solve some problems currently existing in the teaching of this course, meet different personalized needs of students and make full use of teachers’ professional abilities. In view of the teaching status and burning issues of Fermentation Engineering course, micro lectures are brought into the course of Fermentation Engineering and the superiority and feasibility are studied and it is expected that micro lectures will become an indispensable teaching method and learning model in the series courses of Fermentation Engineering.
