基于数据挖掘技术的桂枝茯苓丸组方应用研究

摘　　要：目的:从组方应用角度,探讨桂枝茯苓丸的临床应用范围。方法:运用数据挖掘技术,以历代医学著作和现代文献为依据,对桂枝茯苓丸临床主治病症进行研究挖掘。结果:对于桂枝茯苓丸的组方应用所查询的103篇古代文献中,桂枝茯苓丸有具体药物组成的共计62条。另外在本方中芍药所用品种差别相对较大,统计后发现有芍药、赤芍和白芍。现代可查询到运用桂枝茯苓丸加味的文献多达280条,所用药物更是涉及18类,近170种之多。结论:桂枝茯苓丸的应用得到了全面拓展,通过组方配伍应用,桂枝茯苓丸的应用已涉及到了非妇科疾病。Objective： To explore clinical application ranges of GuiZhi FuLing pill from the point of medicinal formula use. Methods： The indications of GuiZhi FuLing pill were studied by data mining technology based on medical works and modern literature in all ages. Results： All 103 articles were obtained by searching medicinal formula use of GuiZhi FuLing pill in ancient literature, there were 62 pieces about specific drugs contained in Gui Zhi Fu Ling pill.Besides, there were great differences in the breeds of Shao Yao（Paeonia lactiflora Pall.） used in the prescription, statistical results showed that there were ShaoYao, ChiShao（Red Paeony Root） and Bai Shao（White Paeony Root）. There were more than 280 pieces of literature about modified GuiZhi FuLing pill, 18 kinds and 170 herbs involved. Conclusion： The use of GuiZhi FuLing pill is broadened fully, and it is used to treat non gynecological disease.
