生化汤合失笑散联合常规西药治疗流产后出血40例

摘　　要：目的:观察生化汤合失笑散联合西药常规治疗流产后出血的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为对照组、观察组各40例。2组均给予常规西药治疗:盐酸环丙沙星片0.5 g/次,3次/d,口服;肾上腺色腙片5 mg/次.3次/d,口服;缩宫素注射液10 U,肌注,2次/d。观察组加服生化汤合失笑散,水煎黄酒送服,1剂/d。2组均连续治疗4周。比较2组临床疗效、出血量、出血时间及尿HCG转阴时间。结果:总有效率观察组为95.0%,对照组为72.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出血量观察组少于对照组(P<0.05),出血时间、尿HCG转阴时间观察组短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生化汤合失笑散联合西药常规治疗流产后出血临床疗效显著,出血量少,出血时间及尿HCG转阴时间短。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of bleeding biochemical decoction combined with western medicine routine treatment of Shixiaosan after abortion. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group. Two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment： Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets 0.5 g, 3 times / D profess to convinced; carbazochrome tablets 5 mg three times daily oral; shrinkage oxytocin 10 u intramuscular injection of injection twice daily. The observation group of Shenghua Decoction and Shixiaosan decoction, Yellow Wine delivery service agent /d 1. 2 groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks. Comparison of 2 groups of clinical curative effect, the amount of bleeding, bleeding time and urinary HCG clearance time. Results： the total effective rate of observation group was 95%, and the control group was72.5%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Bleeding amount of observation group was less than that in control group（P〈0.05）, bleeding time, urine HCG negative time observation group was shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shenghua decoction combined Shixiao powder combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of abortion bleeding after clinical curative effect significantly, less bleeding, bleeding time and urinary HCG negative for a short period of time.
