支撑喉镜显微镜早期声门型喉癌切除术临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的本文就支撑喉镜显微镜早期声门型喉癌切除术的临床效果进行分析与研究。方法选择我院自2014年5月~2015年6月收治的声门型喉癌患者30例,所有患者均实施支撑喉镜显微镜早期声门型喉癌切除术,其后对临床治疗效果进行观察和统计。结果 30例患者行支撑喉镜显微镜早期声门型喉癌切除后,均未切开气管,且29例患者治愈效果显著,1例患者因术后发生严重肺部感染死亡,其治愈率为96.7%,其平均住院天数为7~9 d。结论支撑喉镜显微镜早期声门型喉癌切除术,不仅缩短手术时间和住院天数,其术中出血量也相对较少,同时可以保留患者的喉功能。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the early stage of laryngeal carcinoma resection with the support of the early stage of the laryngeal cancer.Methods 30 cases of patients with laryngeal cancer were selected from May 2014 to June 2015.All patients were treated with the support of the early stage of laryngeal carcinoma resection.Results The 30 patients underwent the early postoperative laryngeal carcinoma resection,the trachea was not cut,and 29 patients were cured,1 patients died of severe pulmonary infection after operation,the cure rate was 96.7%,the average length of hospital stay was 7 to 9 d.Conclusion The early stage of laryngeal carcinoma resection with the support of the early stage of laryngeal cancer,not only shorten the operation time and length of hospital stay,the amount of bleeding is relatively small,but it can retain the patient＇s throat function.
