眼球穿通伤20眼临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨眼球穿通伤的临床治疗方法。方法选取2013年1月~2015年3月收治的眼球穿通伤20眼的临床治疗方法进行分析。结果在穿通伤20眼中,18眼获得有用视力,2眼行眼内容摘除,出院3~6个月随访,眼球萎缩1例,有大角膜白斑1例。结论眼球穿通伤,眼球后部伤口由于缝合困难可以不予处理,由眶内组织填充修补。给予止血剂,抗生素预防感染,破伤风抗毒素肌内注射。二期玻璃体切割手术最好在伤后2周实施。Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of penetrating eye injuries.Methods January 2013 to March 2015 Clinical treatment in admitted penetrating eye injuries 20 were analyzed.Results In 20 eyes of penetrating injuries,18 obtained useful vision,two lines evisceration,discharged three to six month follow-up,eyeball atrophy one case,there is one case of large walleye.Conclusion Penetrating eye injury,wound back of the eye can not be processed due to the difficulty suturing by orbital repair tissue augmentation.Give hemostatic agents,antibiotics to prevent infection,tetanus antitoxin intramuscular injection.Two vitrectomy best after injury two weeks to implement.
