摘 要:文章对液体流经K型阀口的流体域进行三维建模,然后,在FLUENT仿真软件内进行网格划分、边界条件设定和仿真计算。最后,将仿真压力云图、速度云图和稳态液动力数值进行分析,发现液体在流经阀口时压力和速度发生了比较大的变化,且变化非常集中。而阀芯收到的稳态液动力在恒压力差时随着开口度增大而增大,在恒开口度时,随压力差增大而增大。This paper carried out a 3D modeling of the fluid domain when liquid flows through K-type valve port,then conducted grid division,boundary condition setting and simulation calculation in FLUENT simulation software,and finally analyzed the simulation pressure cloud chart,speed cloud chart and the numerical value of steady hydrodynamic force.It found that the pressure and speed of liquid change significantly when it flows through the valve port,and the change is very intense.However,the stead hydrodynamic force that the spool receives increased with the increase of the opening under the condition of constant pressure difference,and it increased with the increase of pressure difference under the condition of constant opening.
