摘　　要：高校实施中期滚动预算,有利于管理层用长远发展的眼光考虑问题,有利于学校收支计划与中长期发展战略保持一致,提高预算的可预见性和资金的使用绩效。文章从高等学校目前预算管理模式存在的问题出发,引入中期滚动预算概念及作用,并对高等学校中期预算管理的影响进行了系统的阐述,供实践借鉴与参考。Enforcement of the medium-term rolling budget,is conducive to considering problem in a long-term sight of the management,the consistency of the school budget plan and the medium-long term development strategy,and improving the predictability of budget and performance of funds.This paper startded from the existing problems in the current budget management model,introduced the concept and function of the medium-term rolling budget,and expounded the impact of the medium-term budget management,which provided experiences and references.
