浅析金融支持小微企业融资难的原因及对策

摘　　要：近年来,国家不断加大对小微企业金融服务的政策支持力度,央行近期又下发了《关于完善信贷政策支持再贷款管理政策支持扩大"三农"、小微企业信贷投放的通知》,进一步加大对"支农支小"的信贷支持力度。但是,金融机构"难贷款"和小微企业"贷款难"的问题仍是县域经济发展中不和谐的音符。作为支持县域经济发展的金融机构,如何发挥好金融的杠杆作用,促进县域经济发展,是当前金融机构必须认真思考并加以解决的问题。In recent years, the state continued to increase financial services for small and micro enterprises policy support, the central bank recently issued a ＂Notice of the Improving the Credit Policy Support and then Loan Management Policies to Support the Expansion of ‘Agriculture, Rural Areas, and Farmers’, Small and Micro Enterprise Credit＂, and further increase ＂support rural and support small business＂ credit support efforts. However, financial institutions ＂difficult loans ＂ and small micro enterprises＂ loan difficult＂ problem is still the county economic development in the discordant notes. As a financial institution to support the development of county economy, how to play a good role in financial leverage, and promote the development of county economy, is the current financial institutions must seriously think about and solve the problem.
