摘　　要：完全学分制是一种现代化的先进教学制度，有利于培养具备创新意识、有理论知识和实践技能的个性化人才。导师在完全学分制中承担教书和育人的双重职责，导师素质的高低直接影响到完全学分制的效果。the Complete credit system is a kind of advanced teaching system, which is conducive to the cultivation of innovative consciousness, theoretical knowledge and practical skills. In the complete credit system, the tutor takes the dual responsibility of teaching and educating because the quality of thetotur directly influences the effect of the complete credit system.
