摘　　要：针对普通本科院校《环境工程学》校外实训基地建设中经费投入、管理制度、师资队伍建设、实践教学质量评价体系等诸方面存在的问题,提出了互惠共赢、加强"双师型"队伍建设和强化实训基地管理等改革措施,提高了校外实训教学基地建设和管理水平。At present, there are several main problems still existing in construction of outside-school practice teaching base for environmental engineering of general colleges and universities, such as educational investment, management system, construction of teaching staff, practice teaching quality evaluation system. The measures for constructing and managing outside-school practice teaching base are introduced in this paper, such as mutually beneficial win, construction of double-professional teachers, and management of training base.
