摘  要:电力GIS是我国电网建设需要使用的关键信息技术之一,广泛应用于电网建设规划、气象、配电管理等方面。该系统的主要功能是通过建立逼真的地理环境及重要的建筑物、杆塔、变电站等三维模型,沿布重要杆塔线路以达到建立完整的电网模型并实现空间分析功能的目的。系统采用Clipmap作为大规模地形渲染技术,成功地展示了高清的地理数据、模型等。系统实现了线路、电力设备的浏览、编辑、管理和信息显示输出等功能,增强了信息的科学管理和综合分析,有效地提高了电网的管理效率。Electric power GIS is one of the key information technologies to satisfy the power grid construction in China,and widely used in power grid construction planning,weather,and power distribution management. The main function of the proposed system is to achieve the purposes of establishing the integrated power grid model and realizing the spatial analysis function by building the 3D model of the realistic geographic environment,the important buildings,towers,substations,and the important tower transmission line along with the construction. The Clipmap is taken as the large-scale terrain rendering technology by the system,the high definition geographic data and models are displayed successfully. The functions of browsing,editing and management of the circuit and electric power equipment,and information display output in the system are realized. The scientific management and comprehensive analysis of information are enhanced,and the management efficiency of the power grid can be improved greatly.
