摘　　要：针对煤炭生产中存在的管理相对落后、监管不足等问题,设计出一套适应煤炭企业的安全管理智能系统。利用PHP与数据库交互技术,实现安全知识资料网络共享,智能安全问题分析等功能。系统将安全相关的法律法规和安全知识融入,兼容性强大。在数据库调用中,采用了AJAX技术,使得用户和服务器的交互性更强,处理数据的速度更加迅速,系统也因此比一般的软件更加友好。将本系统与煤炭企业结合,可为煤矿企业提供一个人机交互的管理学习与智能决策平台。There are some problems in coal production, such as backward management and insufficient supervision. Therefore, it is necessary to design a safety management system for coal enterprise. This decision system uses the interactive technology of PHP and database to share security knowledge data in network and analyze security problems intelligently. All domestic laws and regulations and safety knowledge were almost integrated in system databases. Its compatibility is very strong. AJAX technology was used to make users and server interactive and process the data more quickly when calling the databases. So, the system can be friend- lier than general software. Combining the system with the coal enterprise, we provide a platform for intelligent decision -making and learning management between human and computer.
