肠内营养联合微生态制剂的肠道准备在胃癌微创治疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨肠内营养联合免疫微生态制剂用于肠道准备在胃癌微创治疗中的作用。方法将80例诊断为胃癌的患者随机分为实验组及对照组各40例,实验组术前即给予肠内营养及微生态制剂;对照组按传统术前肠道准备方法。两组患者由同一组医师完成腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治手术。术后测定患者营养状态,免疫状态及评价恢复情况。结果实验组患者术后营养状态,机体免疫力均优于对照组,术后肠道菌群失调患者数明显低于对照组,组织的炎症反应及抗菌素相关性腹泻发生率也低于对照组,有利于患者术后的恢复。结论肠内营养联合微生态制剂的肠道准备能适当的减少低蛋白血症的发生;提高机体免疫力,有利于术后的快速恢复,对减少术后并发症的发生起到了积极的作用。[ Objective ] To observe the effect of enteral nutrition associated with micro-ecological preparation as a bowel preparation method in patients with gastric cancer after laparoscopic operation. [Methods] Eighty patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into either a experimental group or a control group. Three-day conventional bowel preparation was administered in the control group, while enteral nutrition associated with micro-ecological preparation was administered in the experimental group. The laparoscopic operation was completed by the same surgeon. Nutritional state, immune state and recover level were estimated. [Results ] There was no significant difference between the trial and control groups in the bowel clear effect. Nutritional state and immune state of patients in experimental group were better than patients in control group; the time required for intestinal function recovery was significantly shorter in the experimental group than in the control group. Enteral nutrition associated with micro-ecological preparation as a bowel preparation is useful for patient recover. [Conclusion] Enteral nutrition associated with micro-ecological preparation as a bowel preparation method is effective in reconstructing postoperative intestinal flora, recovering postoperative intestinal function, diminishing early postoperative inflammatory reaction and building up patients immune function.
