养正消积胶囊对晚期结肠癌化疗减毒作用及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨养正消积胶囊对晚期结肠癌化疗减毒作用及生活质量的影响。方法将2012年4月-2014年5月在该院接受治疗的90例晚期结肠癌患者纳入研究对象,采用数字表法随机分为接受养正消积胶囊联合FOLFOX化疗的观察组和接受FOLFOX化疗的对照组。比较两组患者的营养状况、免疫功能以及生活质量。结果治疗后4周时,观察组血红蛋白及清蛋白含量分别为(118.31±13.43)和(43.21±5.75)g/L,上臂肱三头肌皮褶厚度、上臂围及上臂肌围分别为(1.29±0.21)、(26.95±3.84)及(23.55±3.02)cm,CD4+含量(38.34±5.91),Ig G、Ig A及Ig M分别为(15.58±2.25)、(2.99±0.36)及(1.63±0.20)g/L,水平均明显高于对照组,CD8+含量(20.95±3.51),明显低于对照组;物质生活维度、躯体健康维度、心理健康维度及社会功能维度评分分别为(55.15±6.62)、(62.88±7.91)、(65.95±8.13)及(62.52±6.87),均明显高于对照组患者。结论养正消积胶囊有助于改善机体的营养状况和免疫功能,提高整体生存质量,是晚期结肠癌化疗时理想的减毒治疗方法。[ Objective] To study attenuated effect of Yangzhengxiaoji Capsule on advanced colorectal cancer chemotherapy and its effect on quality of life. [ Methods ] 90 cases patients with advanced colorectal cancer patients in our hospital from 2012 April -2014 May were divided into observation group received FOLFOX chemotherapy combined with Yangzhengxiaoji Capsule and control group only given FOLFOX chemotherapy. Then nutritional status, immune function and quality of life were compared. [Results] 4 weeks after treatment, observation group albumin, precursor protein content （118.31 ± 13.43, 43.21 ± 5.75） g/L, brachial triceps skin fold thickness, upper arm circumference, upper arm muscle circumference （1.29 ± 0.21, 26.95 ± 3.84, 23.55 ± 3.02） cm and CD4＋（38.34 ± 5.91）, IgG, IgA, IgM （15.58±2.25, 2.99 ±0.36, 1.63± 0.20） g/L levels were significantly higher than that control group, CD8＋ content （20.95± 3.51） was significantly lower than that control group; quality of life scores （55.15± 6.62, 62.88± 7.91, 65.95± 8.13, 62.52 ± 6.87） were significantly higher than that control group. [Conclusion] Yangzhengxiaoji Capsule is helpful to improve body＇s nutritional status and immune function, improve quality of life, it＇s an ideal attenuated method in advanced colorectal cancer chemotherapy.
