摘　　要：冷冻胚胎引起的伦理问题日益成为人们关注的热点。冷冻胚胎技术的发展前景光明,但也存在冷冻胚胎伦理地位、家庭伦理、富余胚胎、技术使用等伦理问题。解决这些问题,需要从伦理、法律、行政、科研等方面着手,培养公众尊重冷冻胚胎的意识,完善冷冻胚胎的法律法规,加强对冷冻胚胎的科普宣传和对从业人员的教育,加大冷冻胚胎技术使用的监督力度,积极推进对冷冻胚胎技术的研究,以推动整个人类辅助生殖技术体系的发展。Ethical problems caused by frozen embryos has increasingly become the focus of hot spots. Althrough the development of frozen embryos has a bright future,there exist the problems of ethical status,family ethics,the surplus embryos and technology to use and other ethical issues. To solve these problems,it is needed to start from the aspects of ethics,law,administration,scientific research and so on. We should perfect the laws and regulations of frozen embryos,strengthen the popularization of science popularization and education for the practitioners,increase the supervision on the use of frozen embryo technology and actively promote the research on the technology of frozen embryos in order to promote the development of the whole human assisted reproductive technology system.
