摘　　要：发挥好高校分析测试中心服务教学科研的功能,必须提高实验工作人员的素质。应熟悉仪器设备的操作,加强维护管理,积极进行科研,提高仪器设备的使用效率。The quality of staff must be improved to play well the function of serving university teaching and research by analysis and testing centers in colleges and universities. Staff there should be familiar with instrument operation and strengthen management, conducting scientific research actively, and improve equipment utilization efficiency.
