摘　　要：电子设备及元器件的生产工艺，需要对产品的各种功能及参数进行综合测试，以筛选出残次品，防止进入下一道工序，ATE就是为实现这一筛选过程而设计的测试设备。In the production process of electronic devices and components, the product functions and parameters should be tested comprehensively in order to screen out the imperfections and prevent them from getting into the next procedure. ATE is the test equipment which is designed to achieve the screening process.
