摘　　要：当前国家把职教师资基地建设工作提到了前所未有的战略高度,强化职教师资培训是解决当前职业教育师资不足和水平低下的重要举措。重庆市职教师资培训目前还存在发展经费不足、制度不完善、质量保障体系尚待确立等问题,严重制约了职教师资培训基地的良好运行,应该增加职教师资培训基地的经费投入、健全职教师资培训制度体系、完善职教师资培训质量保障体系,以推动重庆市职教师资培训事业迈上新台阶。The current construction work of national vocation teaching base caused unprecedented much attention. Strengthening the training is an important measure to solve the current shortage and low level of teaching. But in Chongqing it is serious at present. Its development funds are not enough, the system is imperfect, and the quality assurance system is yet to be established. These restrict the running of vocational teacher training base. Its investment funds should be increased, and the system and quality guarantee system should be improved and perfected, to promote it in Chongqing to a new stage.
