从电子设计竞赛看研究生培养模式改革

摘　　要：本文从研究生电子设计竞赛参赛作品中存在的问题出发,分析了作品中创新创意不足的原因,指出了其中折射出的研究生培养问题。提出了通过强调研究生主体性来激发创造性,通过加强经验交流来提高创新水平,通过开展产学研结合来优化研究方向以及通过师生共同分类来定位研究生培养类型等改革措施,探讨了研究生培养模式的改革方向。This paper,starting from the existing problems and deficiencies in entries of the electronics design contest for graduates,analyzes causes of lacking creativity and innovation,and points out the problems in the graduate cultivation process reflected from these entries in this contest. Reform measures are proposed,including emphasizing the students＇ subjectivity to stimulate creativity,strengthening the exchange of experience to improve the level of innovation,combining production-teaching-research to optimize the research direction,and synchronously classifying teachers and students to determine graduate training types. The reform orientation of graduate cultivating model is discussed.
