地方高校播音与主持艺术专业“一体多元”人才培养模式探索——以湖北工程学院为例

摘　　要：新世纪以来,"艺考热"的持续升温,使得播音与主持艺术专业异军突起,地方高校播音与主持艺术专业迅速膨胀。高等教育的同质化倾向,使得"多元一体"的人才培养模式成为地方普通高校主要选择。地方普通高校播音与主持艺术专业实行"多元一体"的人才培养模式,存在学生数量偏大、生源质量参差不齐、师资不足、条件保障有限等问题。克服播音与主持艺术专业"多元一体"人才培养模式不足的主要路径,是探索适合地方高校实际的"一体多元"的人才培养模式。这既是多元化时代多样化人才培养的必然选择,也是遵循因材施教的具体体现。Since the new century,the heating up of＂National Art exam fever＂makes the rapid rise of and the fast expansion of Broadcasting Hosting Art major in local universities.Because of the homogenization in higher education,the pluralistic integration training mode has become the main choice for the local universities.However,there are many problems in the pluralistic integration training mode,including the huge amount of students,the unevenness of student quality,the lack of teaching resources,and the limited guarantee conditions,etc.The exploration of the integrative pluralistic training mode which suits for local universities is the main route to solve the problems of the pluralistic integrative training mode,which is the inevitable choice of pluralistic training in the era of diversification and concrete reflection of teaching students according to their aptitude.
