摘　　要：为推进车辆装备保障教育训练靠拢部队、聚焦实战,提高车辆装备保障专业人才培养质量,依据学院对教学改革提出的"岗位需求、我的追求"的要求,通过调研车辆装备保障专业人才岗位任职现状,指出该专业毕业学员部队岗位任职难点,分析任职岗位的能力素质要求和培训需求,结合部队车辆装备保障管理的经验做法,对如何推进车辆装备保障管理课程改革提出建议,并将其应用到车辆装备保障管理课程建设中。In order to promote vehicle equipment support training close to army and actual combat, and improve the vehicle equipment support talents training quality, the paper points out the diffieuhies for graduates in this major by surveying the current employment situation. It also analyzes the ability quality request of the positions and training requirements, and pro- poses some suggestions on promoting course reform of vehicle equipment support management according to its experience.
