摘　　要：为增强党员干部的法治思维能力,全面推进依法治国,分析了党员干部提高法治思维能力的现实意义,解读了党员干部法治思维的涵义,并提出了党员干部提高法治思维能力必须"加强宣传教育、丰富考核内容、强化监督管理、完善问责机制"的路径选择。For improving rule of law thinking ability of party members and cadres and implementing the rule of law, the pa- per analyzes the realistic significance and the meaning of improving party members and cadres＇ rule of law thinking ability, and it also proposes the route selection of strengthening publicity and education, enriching the assessment content, strength- ening supervision and management, and improving the accountability mechanism.
