摘　　要：妊娠高血压综合征是常见的妊娠并发症之一，常合并眼底改变，一旦合并视网膜脱离，对母婴危害极大。妊娠高血压综合征性视网膜脱离较少见，临床预后好，无需手术，终止妊娠后可自行复位。Pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome is one of the common pregnancy complications, often with fundus change. Once the disease combined with the retinal detachment, it has great harm to the maternal and infant. Pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome retinal detachment is relatively rare, the prognosis is usually good, and retinal detachment can reset itself after the termination of pregnancy.
