摘　　要：在整车开发过程中,汽车空调的开发成本由于大量整车试验而居高不下。本文从开发前期、试验台架以及整车试验三个阶段介绍了汽车空调开发的基本思路,构建了完整的低成本汽车空调开发体系。研究成果对于控制汽车开发低成本工作的深入实践是一个有益的尝试。During vehicle development process, the development cost of automotive air conditioning system is very high due to lots of vehicle level tests. The basic thoughts for the development of automotive air conditioning system was introduced for three development stages, including preliminary development, test rig and vehicle test, and a complete low cost development system was built. It is a positive practice in controlling vehicle development cost.
