摘　　要：回顾日本"3·11"大地震应急救援总体情况,分析了此次特大型灾难的特点和应急救援工作经验,提出了加强我国巨灾应急管理工作的建议。This article reviews the broad picture of Japan＂3·11＂Great Earthquake emergency rescue,analyzes the characteristics of the catastrophic disaster and emergency rescue work experience,and gives suggestions to strengthen the management of the disaster emergency rescue in China.
