摘　　要：论述了影响农业高等职业教育发展的关键要素是"教学环境"之外的"社会环境",主要是招生、就业、财政投入等政策因素,提出了招生、就业、财政投入等政策改革若干设想.表1,参24.This paper elaborates the key factors affecting the development of agricultural higher vocational education is ＂social environment＂independent from ＂teaching environment＂,which mainly includes admission policy,student employment policy,and financial investment. Then it proposes some policy reform expectations on admission,student employment,and financial investment. 1tab.,24 refs.
