摘  要:本文采用ANSYS Workbench对重轨矫直过程进行有限元数值模拟,利用某钢厂提供的现场矫直数据,采用三维建模软件Pro/E建立了60 kg/m重轨九辊矫直模型,对矫直过程中重轨经在各矫直区下的应力的内部应力状态及其演变规律进行了分析研究.模拟结果表明重轨在矫直过程中轨头应力状态呈压-拉交替变化,轨底应力状态呈拉-压交替变化,矫后纵向残余应力呈"C"字形分布,轨底最大残余应力值符合满足小于250 MPa的标准要求.FEM numerical simulation of heavy rail straightening process was carrried out using ANSYS Workbench,and the model of nine-roller straightening was established based on Pro / E with the straightening data provided by a steel factory. The research and analysis were made on the state of internal stress under each straightening zone,and its evolution law. The results of the simulation shows that the stress state of the rail head during straightening process was changed from compressive to tensile alternately; the stress state of rail bottom during straightening process alternately changes from tensile to compressive; the distribution of the residual longitudinal stress after straightening is C-shaped; and the maximum value of rail bottom residual stress satisfy the standard requirement of less than 250 MPa.
