摘　　要：目的探讨多形性低度恶性腺癌（PLGA）的临床病理特征及鉴别诊断要点。方法对2例PLGA进行临床分析及光镜和免疫组化标记观察。结果PLGA细胞形态较单一，但组织结构具有多样性。上皮膜抗原EMA呈阳性。结论PLGA是一种少见的肿瘤，多发生于小涎腺，具有浸润性生物学行为，但仍属于低度恶性肿瘤，彻底切除病变可防止肿瘤复发。Objective To study the clinical and pathologic significance of Polymorphosus low-grade adenocarconoma （PLGA）,as well as their differential diagnosis. Methods two case of PLGA were studied with histopathologic and immunohistochemical analyses as well as review of clinical history. Results the histopathological fenlures of tumor were the single cell form, burt polymorphism of the tissus structures . Immunohistochemical staining showed EMA is positive Couclusious PLGA is an unusual tumor that has often occurred in the minor salivary gland ,though it has infiffradive biological behavior, it belongs to low-grade malignant tumour .Thorough remoral of the tumor prevents its recurrence.
