摘　　要：针对目前高职院校电力类特殊岗位顶岗实习存在的问题,探讨有效的实习方式、实习标准,以建立可持续发展的良性运作机制,从而保障顶岗实习的实效。Based on the problems in the internship in power-related posts in vocational colleges,this article probes into effective modes and standards of practice,to establish a sustainable and positive operation mechanism to guarantee the effectiveness of the internship.
