摘　　要：要想实现班委会建设,就要加强大学生思想政治教育,创新有效路径和模式研究,激发学生思想意识,发挥学生"三自"作用,提升班委会的核心作用和自治功能,进而提高班委会建设实效。In order to bring about the class committee＇s construction, it is necessary to strengthen college students＇ ideological and political education, to innovate an effective path and improve the mode of study, to stimulate students＇ ideological consciousness, to develop students＇ ＂three self-education＂, and to enhance the class committee＇s core function and autonomous function, so as to improve the practical results of the class committee＇s construction.
