摘　　要：研制了一套可直接在普通车床上对电阻应变式车削测力仪进行标定的标定装置。该装置对X、Y、Z3个方向的加载均采用砝码挂载的加载方式。直接采用标准砝码作为基准，利用普通车床的卡盘、尾座等自身结构作为支撑，能确保加载时作用力的方向固定，可实现3个相互垂直方向上的精确加力。The resistance strain type turning dynamometer is calibrated on ordinary lathe directly, which used by a set of self-made calibration device. Weights loading methods is adopted in the device in X, Y, Z three directions. The standard weights is used as a reference, the structure of the lathe, such as chuck, tailstock, etc. is utilized as support, the loading force direction can be fixed ensuredly, the precise force of three mutually perpendicular direction can be realized.
