重庆地区水平生长型安氏Ⅱ类错(牙合)女性青春发育不同阶段颅颌面部特征研究

摘　　要：目的:了解重庆地区水平生长型安氏Ⅱ类错(牙合)低角型患者女性青春发育前中后期颅面部结构特征的差异。方法:选取符合纳入标准的安氏Ⅱ类错(牙合)低角型患者青春发育前中后期女性X线头颅侧位片各60张进行测量,对生长发育不同阶段的头影测量结果进行统计学对比分析。结果:不同时期,重庆地区安氏Ⅱ类错(牙合)低角型患者的多项颅颌面部测量指标在矢状向、垂直方向上存在显著性差异。结论:随着青春生长发育,重庆低角型安氏Ⅱ类错(牙合)女性颅颌面部特征存在差异,为临床确定治疗方案提供参考。Objective To find differences of craniofacial structure in Angle class Ⅱ malocclusion with horizontal facial growth pattern during different growth period. Methods Strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,select 180 Angle class Ⅱ malocclussion patients as samples.In them,60 were in early puberty,60 were in puberty now,60 were after puberty.Trace cephalometric filmsand 24 measurements were used to performe statistical comparison and analysis. Results In the different period,many measurement items were significant different in vertical and horizontal direction. Conclusion With caniofacial growth and development,the measurement values of internal and external stucture are different in the in Angle class Ⅱ malocclussion female with horizontal facial growth pattern.
