一种聚维酮碘消毒剂杀菌效果及相关性能的研究

摘　　要：目的研究某聚维酮碘消毒剂的杀菌效果及相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物实验方法,对该聚维酮碘消毒剂消毒相关性能进行了实验室和现场消毒试验。结果该聚维酮碘消毒剂原液含有效碘5 100 mg/L,为p H值偏酸性棕色溶液。以其原液作用1.5 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00;对白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值均>4.00。用该聚维酮碘消毒剂原液擦拭消毒前臂内侧中段皮肤,并作用3 min,对皮肤上自然菌平均杀灭对数值平均>1.00。该聚维酮碘消毒剂对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50值>5 000 mg/kg(体重);对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性;对眼黏膜有轻刺激性;对阴道粘膜有极轻刺激。结论该聚维酮碘消毒剂具有良好杀菌效果,稳定性好,属于实际无毒级物质,无致突变作用。Objective To study the bactericidal efficacy and related properties of a povidone iodine disinfection solution.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal experiments were used to do laboratory and field disinfection test of the povidone iodine disinfection solution. Results The povidone iodine disinfection solution was a brown solution,with p H 4. 89,containing available iodine 5 100 mg / L. The killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to the disinfection solution for 1. 5 min were 〉 5. 00,that of Candida albicans was 〉 4. 00. The average killing logarithm value of the natural bacteria on skin was 〉 1. 00 after wipping the disinfection at middle section of forearm inner side skin for 3 min. The oral toxicity LD50 of povidone iodine for mice was above 5 000 mg / kg·bw,the mice marrow eosinophils polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative. The povidone iodine disinfectant was little irritating to eye mucous and slightly irritating to vaginal mucosa. Conclusion The povidone iodine disinfection solution has good efficacy in killing bacteria,stable and belongs practically non-toxic,non-mutagenic class.
