摘　　要：采用试管反应和纸片法对蕨麻地上和地下部分的水、甲醇、95%乙醇、石油醚提取物的化学成分进行了初步研究。通过2—3种指示剂和显色剂的沉淀反应或显色反应,预测蕨麻中各类物质的含量及相对丰度。初步确定蕨麻地上与地下部位分别含有多种有效成分,为进一步全面研究蕨麻的生物活性成分及开发利用提供了指导。The chemical composition of water,methanol,95% ethanol,petroleum ether extract of Juema ground and underground parts were preliminary studied using tube reaction and paper method.The content of all kinds of material and relative abundance in Juema were calculated by precipitation reaction or color reaction of 2—3 kinds of indicators and color reagent.It was determined that Juema ground and underground parts contain many kinds of active ingredients.It provided guidance for the development and utilization of bioactive composition and the further research of Juema.
