几种新优彩叶植物秋季叶色素变化的研究

摘　　要：对彩叶植物鸡爪槭、血皮槭、大花卫矛、黄栌、‘丽红’元宝枫秋季叶变色期间叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素和花青素的含量进行了测量,得出5种彩叶植物在秋季叶变色期间叶片中的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素的含量为下降趋势,而花青素的含量为上升趋势。完全变色后,5种彩叶植物叶片中花青素含量达到最高峰时由高及低依次为大花卫矛、‘丽红’元宝枫、血皮槭、鸡爪槭、黄栌。说明花青素的含量在紫(红)色系彩叶植物叶片呈色中占主导地位。花青素/叶绿素的比值由高及低依次为血皮槭、鸡爪槭、大花卫矛、‘丽红’元宝枫和黄栌。比值越高,叶片颜色越红。The contents of pigments including chlorophyll,carotenoid and anthocyanin in the leaves of five color-leaved plants such as Acer palmatum,Acer griseum,Euonymus grandiflorus,Acer truncatum ‘Lihong＇and Cotinus coggygria had been measured.The results showed that the contents of chlomphyll and carotenoids showed a drop tendency,whereas the anthocyanin content tended towards rise in the process of color transformation of five color—leafed plants.It is Euonymus grandiflorus,Acer truncatum ‘Lihong＇,Acer griseum,Acer palmatum,Cotinus coggygria aranging from high to low of the anthocyanin contents,which showed the anthocyanin took a leading role in color emerging of the purple（red）一leaved plants.It is Acer griseum,Acer palmatum,Euonymus grandiflorus,Acer truncatum ‘Lihong＇,Cotinus coggygria aranging from high to low of the anthocyanin to chlorophyll ratio.The higher that ratio is,the color of leaves is more red.
