摘　　要：从医院影像学检查目前存在的问题出发,阐述国内外流程优化研究现状,建立决策平台,优化影像学检查流程。分析评价决策平台运行效果,发现关键节点等待时间明显缩短,科室资源分配更加合理。指出以数据为基础能更好地强化医院内部管理、流程优化和再造,使患者就医体验得到持续改善。Based on the current problems of hospital radiology, the situation of radiology test process was discussed. New decision platform was established to optimize radiology test process. After implementing new decision platform, it shows that key node waiting time is significantly shortened and resources al ocation is more rational. Data based decision platform can improve hospital internal management, optimize process and promote patient＇s experience.
