摘 要:针对当前采用电力电子变流设备完成变速恒频风力发电的成本高及可靠性有待改善等问题,提出一种利用变量泵.变量马达组成的液压无级调速系统实现风力发电变速恒频的新方法。基于新型风力发电变速恒频液压无级调速系统的工作原理,建立该系统的风-机-液动力学模型,并针对其强非线性、多输入多输出特点,设计非线性精确反馈线性化的非线性控制器。以10kW风力发电系统运行的仿真结果显示,在湍流强度为12%的10rrds额定风速输入工况下,该非线性控制系统能有效的控制发电机输出频率为49.67.50.23Hz。In view of the high cost and unsatisfactory reliability problems of the power electronic converter equipment that were widely used in the Variable-Speed-Constant-Frequency (VSCF) wind power generation, a new method of realizing the Variable-Speed-Constant-Frequency wind power generation was proposed by applying a hydraulic stepless speed regulation system, which composed of a variable pump and variable motor. And based on its working principle, a wind-machine-fluid dynamics model was established. According to the strong nonlinearity, multiple-inputs and multiple- outputs characteristics of the proposed system, a nonlinear controller was designed based on a nonlinear accurate feedback linearization method. By simulating a 10 kW wind power generation system under the 12% turbulence intensity and the 10 m/s rated wind speed conditions, it was turned out that the proposed nonlinear control system could effectively control the generator output frequency within 49.67-50.23 Hz.
