垂体后叶素联合缩宫素用于腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨垂体后叶素联合缩宫素用于腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术的临床效果。方法:选择2014年1月-2015年3月笔者所在医院收治的50例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各25例。在切开浆膜层前,对照组注射缩宫素20 U,研究组注射垂体后叶素6 IU+缩宫素10 U。比较两组注射15、30 min后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)变化,观察两组术中出血量、手术时间和住院时间。结果:注射15 min后,研究组SBP、DBP明显高于对照组(P<0.05),注射30 min后,两组SBP、DBP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术中出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05),手术时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:垂体后叶素联合缩宫素用于腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术可产生一过性血压升高,但止血效果优。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of pituitrin combined with oxytocin were used in laparoscopic removal of uterine fibroids.Method：50 cases with laparoscopic removal of uterine fibroids in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015 were selected,and they were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,25 cases in each group.Before cut the serous layer,the control group was injected with Oxytocin 20 U,the study group was injected with Pituitrin 6 IU＋Oxytocin 10 U.Systolic blood pressure（SBP） and diastolic blood pressure（DBP） were compared in the two groups at 15 and 30 min after injection.The blood loss of the operation,operation time and hospital stays were observed of the two groups.Result：SBP and DBP in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group at 15 min after injection（P〈0.05）,there were not statistically significant difference in SBP and DBP at 30 min after injection in the two groups（P〈0.05）.The blood loss of the operation in the study group was less than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the operation time was shorter（P〈0.05）,there was not statistically significant difference in the hospital stays of the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Pituitrin combined with Oxytocin for laparoscopic removal of uterine fibroids can produce a transient increase in the blood pressure,but it has an excellent hemostatic effect.
