摘  要:目的选择关键医疗数质量指标,构建科室绩效考核体系,通过分析绩效考核结果,验证其效果。方法在文献查询、专家访谈的基础上,选择数量、效率和质量3类考核指标并确定权重,计算得分,以外科系统为例对比分析各项指标前后差异。结果各科室数质量指标均明显提升,呈逐年上升趋势。结论该绩效考核体系科学、实用、公平,对于绩效工资的规范管理、工作效率的提高和医疗质量的持续改进具有促进作用。Objective Select number of key medical quality indicators, construction department performance appraisal system, by analyzing the results of performance appraisal, verify its effectiveness. Method Based on the literature search and expert interview, selecting the quantity, efficiency and quality of three kinds of performance indicators and determine the weight to calculate the score in the surgical system as an example is compared with the difference before and after the indicators. Results Each department for quality indicators were improved significantly, increasing year by year. Conclusions The performance appraisal system of scientific, practical, fair and having a promoting effect of the performance specification management to improve work efficiency and continuous improvement and quality of medicalcare.
