摘　　要：目的:建立维吾尔常用药材欧李的显微鉴别方法。方法:采用石蜡切片法和粉末制片法进行制片,在光学显微镜下进行欧李Prunus domestica及常见混淆品黑刺李Prunus spinosa药材的观察并测量及描述。结果:两者的横切面显微结构无显著差别,但粉末的纤维及导管特征区别较明显。结论:粉末鉴别可以很好地区分欧李及其混淆品黑刺李,为欧李的鉴定提供科学依据。Objective：To study the microscopic identification on Ugihur medicine Prunus domestica powder.Methods：The structure characteristics of P.domestica and P.spinosa at fruit cross-section were studied by means of paraffin-cut section，and the structure characteristic of powder was studied by means of powder preparation section.Results：There was no significant difference regarding to cross-section between P.domestica and P.spinosa，but the powder characteristics of fiber and duct had obvious difference.Conclusion：Powder identification can be used to distinguish P.domestica and P.spinosa.The results will privide scientific basis for the identification of P.domestica L.
