摘 要:由于石油行业投资的不确定性和高风险性,且通常在既定限额的投资下,同时面临着多个需要投资的含油区块,因而致使勘探开发投资工作的难度很高.以石油企业利润最大化为目标,在考虑油田各区块总投资限额、产量构成、储采比及开采速度等约束条件下,构造了油田多区块勘探开发投资优化模型,并给出了求解算法.然后以鄂南某油田多个含油区块的勘探开发投资决策为例,利用上述模型和算法给出了油区的最优投资决策.方法可以为石油公司制定下一年度勘探开发投资方案提供决策依据,减少投资工作的盲目性和主观性.Exploration and Development investments which are the foundational work play very important role in the oil industry.While since the uncertainty and high risk In the investment process,moreover,the investment work is often associated with multiple blocks simultaneously,which improve the difficulty of the ED.This paper establishes a multi-block ED investment optimization model with the objective of maximizing the total benefit of the oil area under the constraints such as total investment limitation,composition of the oil output,reserve-production ratio,developing speed,and provides the corresponding solving method.Then this paper takes an oil area located in southern Ordos Basin as a case to illustrate the mechanism of the proposed model and solving method.This model and solving method can provide the decision-making foundation for the oil company in the process of making the next-year investment plan,so as to reduce the reducing subjectiveness arid blindness of investment work,and promote the development of oil industry.
